My recent move to Pineville has been a very positive experience. The management and staff have helped me every step of the way with my new apartment. They have been kind and professional throughout. I love my new home. The pool is awesome and the location is perfect. Thanks everyone!

I really appreciate how friendly and helpful the office staff are. Maintenance always responds promptly. As a mom and mother of two I have always felt safe here..the absolute most important thing.

When I was applying and trying to get situated here back in April of 2021, she wasn't the boss then but she stepped up made sure I was comfortable and informed about everything. I was recently diagnosed with cancer 1 month ago and she's been supportive and encouraging and I truly appreciate her for that. You have an amazing woman working for you at PVP. Justin has been the absolute best. He’s very professional and makes the time to answer any of my questions with great details. Very personable and I get the impression he truly cares about the residents .

I've been living at Pineville Place for about 6 months now, and I hope to call it home for much longer! Applying, getting approved, and signing my lease was all a breeze - I don't think it even took two days. Justin, Gabbi, and Stephanie helped me during the process and were all very pleasant to work with. Since moving in, the leasing office has been nothing but helpful and easy to approach, as has the maintenance staff. I've only had to contact maintenance once, but the gentleman who came out to my apartment arrived the day after I put in the work request, was very friendly, and had the problem fixed in no time. Outside of the great service I've received, the property is clean and well-maintained, has good amenities, and is close to a lot of businesses and even a greenway. It's pretty quiet as far as apartments go, and all the neighbors I've met have been friendly as well. All in all, a good place to live. Certainly consider Pineville Place if you're looking for affordable apartments in the south Charlotte area - I'm glad I did!

My family and I are new residents here at Pineville Place and the whole application and move-in process was very quick and easy. We worked with Tess and she was awesome from start to finish and also communicated with me to keep me in the loop of what was going. She was very pleasant and patient. Everyone in the office seems to be nice as well and was very welcoming. Look forward to living here and hope for the best experience while we are living here!

I am a resident at Pineville Place Apartments, I have been a resident for 2 yrs now. I normally don't get the opportunity to participate in community outings due to work. Pineville Place is a great place to live. Great area and great staff keep up the great work.

I recently moved to Pineville Place and the experience has been great. Tess helped us through the application process which made everything pretty easy! The few, small things I have needed help from the maintenance crew have been dealt with very quickly and professionally. Amenities are great!
